Research Based Curriculum
SEEDS has developed first of its kind endorsed PGP curriculum, focusing on imparting on-the-job competencies - the real skill managers require to tackle the ground realities in the midst of this multifaceted environment. Our curriculum provides a unique 'competency-based' learning intervention which has a direct impact on developing competencies that are essential for a promising 21st century leader. These deliverables have been divided into 4 Terms:
Term 1 - 'Core Competencies' which apply across to all verticals of the organization.
Term 2 - '21st century Competencies', which we believe are an absolute for any global leader.
Term 3 - 'Customized Competencies'. Here we put our students through a psychometric test on the basis of which customized learning is mapped for the rest of their term.
Term 4 - 'Managing you' where we focus on the art of striking a work-life balance.
